The Human Resources Minister has assured estate workers that the government was looking into ways to provide housing at discounted prices for them following a protest staged by some 200 plantation workers outside Parliament on Wednesday

To a question, M. Kulasegaran said the government may partner with the private sector and GLCs in this initiative.
