Prisons Department Director-General Datuk Seri Zulkifli Omar on Thursday denied that orders to to bar Pakatan Harapan chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad from visiting PKR de-facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at the Cheras Rehabilitation Hospital was made by the Home Minister.
