Opposition lawmakers told reporters at the Parliament lobby on Wednesday that they were disappointed with the Dewan Rakyat Speaker’s ruling not to refer Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng to the Parliament's Rights and Privileges Committee over his remarks last year that the GST refunds were “stolen” or “robbed” by the previous government led by the opposition.
