Constitutional law expert Emeritus Prof Datuk Dr Shad Saleem Faruqi said the paper written by four academicians who argued that the Rome Statute will affect Malay Rulers’ sovereignty was baseless.
Dr Shad Saleem said this in a forum on the Rome Statute at Universiti Malaya Saturday.
