Defence Minister Mohamad Sabu, or better known as Mat Sabu said the Royal Malaysian Navy has to be strengthened, especially with the increasingly tense territorial disputes in the South China Sea.

Mat Sabu said that after he had an audience with the Sultan of Selangor for the first time since his appointment as Defence Minister at Istana Kayangan, Shah Alam on Thursday.
