Bersih 2.0 has submitted its proposal on electoral and parliamentary reforms to the Institutional Reform Committee (IRC) for consideration.

The group's acting chairman Shahrul Aman Mohd Saari handed over the proposal document to the Committee secretariat at Menara Ilham on Wednesday.
