Chile is under a state of emergency as of Saturday as more than a dozen wildfires that have scorched nearly 80,000Ha threatened to encroach on towns, factories and vineyards. Chile's CONAF forestry service said the fires were caused by humans, but it is yet to be determined whether the fires were set intentionally.
