Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim said the government’s decision to form the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) is in line with Bukit Aman’s goal to enhance integrity among its personnel.

The Deputy IGP said the government must have taken into account the views of every party before making the decision.
