Hindraf founder and lawyer P. Uthayakumar and the organisation’s members handed over a memorandum containing 25 proposals to the Institutional Reform Committee on Monday. The organisation hopes that the new Pakatan Harapan government would reverse the racist politics that have neglected the poor Indian community.
