Parti Warisan Sabah president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said with six elected candidates defected to Warisan, the party now has more than enough seats to form the state government.

Shafie Apdal said he has the statutory declarations where each and every member of the state assembly has declared support for him to become the chief minister.

The Warisan President said he’s leaving it to the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Juhar Mahiruddin to swear him in amid questions over whether or not Musa will resign or remain.
