Former Tekun Nasional head charged with corruption

Former Tekun Nasional managing director and chief executive officer was charged on Monday with two counts of corruption after allegedly accepting a bribe of RM36,000 in 2015. Judge Asmadi Hussin set bail at RM18,000 for both charges and ordered the accused to hand in his passport. The trial will begin on March 13.
