Malaysia apologises to Indonesia over 'upside-down' flag

Malaysia has officially apologised to Indonesia for publishing an "upside-down" Indonesian flag in the Kuala Lumpur SEA Games booklets distributed to the guests at the Games' opening ceremony on Aug 19. The Youth and Sports Ministry held a press conference to address the issue on Aug 20.
