Take a listen to the beautiful mash-up version of 80s patriotic classic “Setia” with the nation’s “Negaraku”, by composer and music director Vale V Wong and a group of mostly amateur singers.

The recording was done on May 13, four days after the 14th general election and launched on July 9.

Vale told Malay Mail that the combination of the two songs really encapsulates patriotism among Malaysians the weekend after GE14.
