A city council worker came across a gruesome scene when he spotted a foot sticking out of a suitcase at the riverbank of Sungai Gombak near the Putra World Trade Centre around noon on Thursday. Dang Wangi Deputy OCPD Rudy Abdullah said it was unclear if the body parts belonged to one body or two and police are waiting for postmortem results.
