Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng on Tuesday said he will not apologise to Baling MP Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim and is willing to face a lawsuit for alleging the latter had received RM3mil for ‘consultancy work’ from undersea tunnel contractor, Consortium Zenith Construction Sdn Bhd.
