Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the budget 2018 will be a balanced and responsible one, as the Government will continue to honour the promises and commitments that it had made. David said this during a press conference after chairing the Umno Supreme Council meeting at the Putra World Trade Centre Friday evening.
