Owners of two different factories at Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, Ipoh could face court action after mosquitoes were found breeding inside the premises. Perak Health Committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon said the owners have been given a week to clean up 130 breeding sites.
