A special number plate series, A1M or Artist 1Malaysia has been introduced to help raise funds for the welfare of artistes.
Datuk DJ Dave, who is president of Yayasan Artis 1Malaysia, said the funds collected would be channelled to actors, singers and musicians who are ill.
