German condemns beheading of German hostage

Germany has condemned the beheading of German captive Jurgen Kantner by Islamic State-linked Abu Sayyaf militants, who posted a video of the killing after a deadline for a USD600,000 or equivalent to about RM2.7mil ransom passed.
