The Court of Appeal upheld the High Court's decision on Tuesday to dismiss the use of Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma) to detain former Umno leader Datuk Seri Khairuddin Abu Hassan and his lawyer, Matthias Chang, for alleged financial sabotage.
