Graphic designer and activist Fahmi Reza was charged for uploading a clown picture resembling Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, along with a notice of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) on his Facebook account at the Ipoh Sessions Court on Friday.
