The Kota Baru High Court on Wednesday maintained its ruling to release the three - Anes Akai, Itam Anjam and Rahman Uda from Kampung Tahu in Lojing, Kelantan. They were charged with rioting in an incident in February 2014 while passing by a logging site to go for a village committee meeting.
