Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said the bodyguard, who went on a shooting rampage and killed three people including his 'Datuk' boss at the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu expressway, Penang Thursday night, has a military background and believed to be "mentally ill".
