Red Shirts Leader Datuk Seri Jamal Md Yunos, along with his “ghostly” entourage, presented a memorandum to the Election Commission on Friday, claiming that phantom voters had helped DAP rep Ng Suee Lim retain the Sekinchan state seat since the 11th General Election.
