More than 100 devotees and volunteers spent six hours to prepare a record-breaking 108,888 hard-boiled eggs dipped in red dye, to be offered to the deity Datuk Tua to mark his birthday at the Datuk Kong Teng Sin Hooi Temple in Butterworth, Penang.
