Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said road users will not be charged a "double jeopardy" under both the traffic offence demerit system or Kejara and the Automatic Enforcement System (AES). He added that he has instructed the Road Transport Department or JPJ to provide clearer explanations on how their offences are processed.
