Bad news for Sanjay Dutt's fans. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is suffering from 3rd Stage Lung cancer. A close friend of Sanju has revealed this on Tuesday night. Sanjay was admitted to Lilavati Hospital two days ago, when he was having trouble breathing. After this, his corona test was taken which came negative.
