Receta de Chimichurri Argentino.

El chimichurri argentino se caracteriza por tener oregano y aji molido. Hay muchas variantes y lo ideal es que hagas el tuyo como tú lo prefieras. A mí en particular me gusta que no tenga tanto oregano y ají porque son ingredientes muy invasivos.


Ingredientes:
Perejil
Ajo
Ají dulce
Ají molido u Hojuelas de chile
Oregano
Sal marina
Aceite de Girasol
Vinagre


Argentinian Chimichurri Recipe.

The Argentine chimichurri is characterized by having oregano and ground chili. There are many variants and the ideal is that you do yours as you prefer. I particularly like that it doesn't have so much oregano and chili because they are very invasive ingredients.

Ground chili or chili flakes
Oregano
Sea salt
Sunflower oil
Vinegar
