Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation Minister, Lindiwe Sisulu has refused to answer questions about the shoddy shacks built in Talana, Tzaneen. She says those who blame her department for the units should withdraw the statements. The Limpopo government has come under fire for the 40 shacks, but the premier has passed responsibility to the Human Settlements Department.
