43-year-old fisherman, Liew Sea Hai, was slapped with a RM2,000 fine after pleading guilty at the Magistrate’s Court in Ayer Keroh on Thursday (Aug 6) for carelessly leaving his gate open which allowed his dog to run out and attack an Indonesian woman.
