9. Crushed dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi ) – ½ tbsp.
10. Red chili powder – 2 tbsp.
11. Turmeric powder – 1 1/2 tbsp.
12. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp.
13. Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp.
14. Oil – 15 to 20 Tbsp.
15. Chopped onion – 2 pc.
16. Curry leaves – 10 to 15 leaves
17. Chopped Garlic – 10 pc.
