INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING MUTTON KALEJI RECIPE | MUTTON KALEJI MASALA RECIPE
1. Muton Kaleji (Mutton Liver) (साबुत धनिया) – 740 Grams
2. Coriander Powder – 2 Tsp
3. Red Chillies Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1.5 Tsp
4. Salt – 1 Tsp
5. Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
6. Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) – ½ Tsp
7. Coriander Leaves - ½ Cup
8. Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 1 Tsp
9. Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp (Homemade)
10. Onions – 2 Nos (Large, chopped)
11. Tomato – 2 Nos (Grind to puree)
12. Curd – 1 Cup
Whole spices for 750 Gram Mutton Kaleji Recipe
13. Bay Leaf (तेजपत्ता) – 1 Nos
14. Black Cardamom (बड़ी इलाइची) – 1 Nos
15. Cinnamon Stick (दालचीनी) – 1 Nos (1 inch piece)
16. Cloves (लौंग) – 5 to 6 Nos
17. Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) – 10 to 12 Nos
18. Cumin (जीरा) – 1 Tsp
