India Today accesses PM Modi's schedule for Ayodhya Bhoomi Pujan

Ayodhya is all geared up for the historic event of the bhumi pujan ceremony to mark the beginning of the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will be attending the ceremony along with a few other top leaders, will fly from Delhi in the morning and take part in the rituals for about 2 hours. According to the itinerary of Prime Minister Modi’s programme for August 5, he will be flying for Lucknow around 9.30 am on a special jet. After landing in Lucknow, PM Modi will take a chopper to Ayodhya. PM Modi and his entourage will be landing in Ayodhya at 11.30 am. He will then offer prayers and perform pooja at the Hanumangarhi temple in Ayodhya. Prime Minister Modi will be reaching the Ram Janmabhoomi Sthal for the main bhumi pujan ceremony around noon. Religious rituals for the mega event had already begun on Monday, two days ahead of the main bhumi pujan event.
