Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh welcomed contingent of Rafale aircraft that reached Ambala today in a series of tweets in which he also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the French manufacturer of the aircraft Dassault and congratulated the Indian Air Force.
