The presidential entourage that accompanies the first president, is made up of his wife, Mrs. Alicia Raquel Hartridge; the Secretary General of the Presidency, General José Villarreal; the Head of the Military House, Brigadier Oscar Caeiro; the Secretary of Public Information, Captain Carlos Pablo Carpintero, and the secretaries of Industrial Development, Doctor Raimundo Modesta; of Transport and Public Works, Engineer Federico Camba; of Energy, Doctor Guillermo Zubaran, and other Officials. Following the greetings, Videla reviewed the Air Force personnel who honored her, and then settled with the other authorities, in a box from which I witnessed flight displays of two IA-58 combat aircraft. Pucara, made almost entirely in Argentina. After the tests, I congratulate the two pilots, Deputy Commodore Sergio Garcia and First Lieutenant German Spica. Immediately, Videla signed in the Municipal Palace, the book of illustrious visitors; His was the first signature stamped in the register, since it is the first book of this type that the commune has.
