The National Hygiene Programme dubbed 'Kazi Mtaani' targeting jobless youth has become a recipe of restoring peace and security in two sub-counties of Mombasa namely Likoni and Kisauni this is according to two sub county administrators from the regions. 2,020 youths from Likoni and 2,275 youths from Kisauni have been enlisted in the initiative aimed at cushioning the jobless youth at this time of the coronavirus pandemic.
