These hotel guests were blown away when a real-life robot delivered items to their room at a hotel in Sandiego, California.
Footage shows a robot delivering sanitary products to the room after guest Austin Kelekian and his girlfriend Ariana called the front desk of the Towneplace Suites in downtown San Diego on July 11.
Kelekian explained to Newsflare: "We got a phone call on the room phone, so I picked it up.
"I then heard through the phone, an automated voice saying 'your robot is here with your delivery.'
"I felt a little nervous, so I checked the peephole as you can see in the video, then proceeded to open the door and keep filming the whole interaction on Snapchat.
"I was very curious as to how it was going to take the elevator after we had grabbed the delivery and went through the onscreen courtesy questions."
Robot butlers and waiters have been used more frequently since the global coronavirus pandemic.
He later said: "It entered the elevator and wirelessly chose which floor to head back down to. For context, we were on the third floor of the hotel."
