Vikas Dubey has been killed in an encounter in Kanpur. Many questions are also being raised regarding this encounter. The media vehicles were stopped before the place of encounter. After stopping the vehicles of the media, the police convoy went ahead and the accident happened at a short distance and then the encounter took place.
