Malacañang said on Thursday that President Duterte’s stand on the abrogation of the country’s Visiting Forces Agreement with the United States remains unchanged despite Sen. Ronald dela Rosa getting a new US visa.

Presidential spokesman Harry Roque made the statement after Dela Rosa, one of Duterte’s closest allies, said the US Embassy was already fixing his canceled visa following the phone call between President Duterte and US President Donald Trump last April.
