Vikas Dubey, who has been on the run since last week after the killing of 8 police personnel in Kanpur, has finally been arrested. Dubey was arrested in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. Upon his arrest, as policemen walked him towards a police car, Vikas Dubey was heard shouting Main Vikas Dubey hoon, Kanpur wala (I am Vikas Dubey from Kanpur).
