Racism doesn’t have to be extreme in nature. Even casual remarks and unconscious exploitation of others can be damaging. As the Post’s Luisa Tam explains, as times change and societies wake up to the need to be more aware of racial issues and learning to embrace racial differences, we all must learn to call out discrimination when we see it.
