Uttar Pradesh Police have launched a manhunt for history-sheeter Vikas Dubey accused in over 60 criminal cases. As many as 8 policemen were killed during a raid on the night of 2 July at the hideout of Dubey in Kanpur. Meanwhile, UP police has launched operation clean in order to take action againt the top criminals of the state. Police has made a hit list of top criminals. Mukhtar Ansari name is at the top.
