At least hundred vulnerable athletes from Kapsabet in Nandi county have received food donations courtesy of the Eliud Kipchoge Foundation. Most of them are still upcoming and depend on local races for their daily upkeep. Kipchoge called on well-wishers across the country to come to the rescue of sportspersons who have been affected adversely by the coronavirus pandemic. Around one thousand athletes from the rift valley region have so far benefited from food donations from Eliud Kipchoge Foundation.
