INGREDIENTS
Dry fish 250grm
4pcs tomato
1 cup onion
2clove of garlic
Coriander
1 small spoon Turmeric powder
Salt as test
Red chili powder as you like
Garam masala as you like
PROCESS
Take some hot water and wet the dry fish 10 minutes.
Now peel of the tomato and cut small pieces.
Cut the onion, garlic and coriander.
Now wash the fish and cut small pieces
Add oil in a pan and warm it, then add onion and keep stir it till become brown.
Add garlic and stir it then add fish, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and garam masala.
Stir it 5 to 7 minutes then add water and cook till the water absorb.
Now add the coriander and again stir 4 minutes and its ready to serve with rice.
