Potato -3 medium size
Salt & Chilli powder - as per taste
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Sour Mango Pickle - 1-2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Oil - For frying as required
Ginger Paste - 1/2 tbsp
Chilli Paste - optional
