Just what the Dr. ordered!! To get a better groove on finishing standing up with the weight, I did Snatch Pulls from the hang followed by a full Snatch by the hang. These are the best!! Talking about making sure you get under that bar...WOW!! How can these NOT improve my lifting! God Bless!
