The northern Indian town of Churu was left in darkness on June 25 as a massive sand storm swept through the area.

Local residents Pankaj Pareek who filmed this footage said: "It was around 11:30 am in the morning a massive dust storm hit turning the skies dark. We have to switch on our vehicles' headlights. The storm continued for about 20-25 minutes."
