Elections for 19 Rajya Sabha seats has already begun. The 19 seats are spread across 8 states, four each in Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh, three each in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, two in Jharkhand and one each in Manipur, Meghalaya, and Mizoram.
