On the India-China border tension talks, Former General Officer Commanding, 15 Corps, Srinagar, SA Hasnain, said on Saturday: "Walking the talk in these kinds of a situation is not always true. You may find that the Chinese side speaks something on the diplomatic agle, it may speak to our diplomats, but the things on ground may get manifested in a slightly different way."
