RECIPE OF CHAPLI KABAB
Chapli kebab is a Mughlai-influenced Pashtun-style minced kebab, usually made from ground beef, mutton or chicken with various spices in the shape of a patty. It originates from Peshawar, what is today northwest Pakistan, and is also known as the Peshawari kebab
Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 250g
Rosted Chana Dal 2 tbsp
chopped onion 1
chopped mint and coriander little
Chopped small size tomato (without seeds) 1
Chopped Green Chilli 2
Coriander & Cumin crushed each 1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder 1 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Egg 1
